Since Rob isn't around...my next steps?

Hey everyone, it's upsetting to hear that Rob has been in the hospital. Let's all hope for the best and keep him in our thoughts. In the spirit of keeping the Blueprint moving ahead, not sure if anyone can jump in here and throw some collective wisdom my way? I injured my back, had to stop Blueprint...

Awesome, thanks Rob. I thought famine was a necessary "alarm signal" that i would have to go through again, but I'm happy to skip it and do your reverse engineering trick after GLP1 :) I loved the BP Mass Stack for my last BP run, this time i'm trying the BET Stack. I'll rest up for the ne...

Awesome, thanks Rob. And dont apologize, hope you had a great holiday!! So I tested my 1RM this week and I'm back at where I started. Just so im clear here - I am jumping into famine on Monday (for 5 days), then taking 3 days off to stuff my face, then going right into GLP1 (since I already know my ...

Hey Rob, just wanted to quickly check back in here. In my original post, I mentioned I had likely pulled a muscle 2 weeks ago (on Dec 15) doing deadlifts. I have taken two weeks off from the gym, back is starting to feel much better and I was back in the gym yesterday lifting around 80% effort witho...

Hey Rob, not sure how to post an image of the nutrition facts in this forum, but check the attached link...click on "View Ingredients" to see what's in it. Not sure if it has Cissus, but really has done wonders for my sholder. And for $25 bucks it's been worth every penny. universalnutriti...

Thanks Rob, much appreciated. I'm on vacation for the next week so a hurt back is a good excuse to take things easy. Would a good chiropractor be able to tell if my vertabrae rotated slightly, or would I most likley need an MRI?

Pulled muscle...badly

Hey guys, so I pulled a muscle in my lower back last Wednesday and it hurts like hell. I'm always really good with my form, but was doing deadlifts and lowered the weight to the floor awkwardly, which put a ton of stress on my lower back. Havent been able to sit or move with comfort, hope it's a pul...

From the original post question #2...what are the symptoms of your shoulder pain? Usually when I'm bulking up and lifting heavy I start to get a sharp pain in my shoulder, most likley from overtraining, I'm guessing my rotator cuff. I've been taking Animal Flex by Universal Nutrition and it has been...

Thanks Rob! I'm actually going to the caribbean, so if there isn't a good hotel gym i'm assuming ill be outta luck. But let's assume there is a universal, how am i supposed to figure out the % of my max? It's always impossible to find out an accurate weight on the universal. Do I just eyeball it and...

GLP 1 and overtraining

Hey guys, I made it through famine and my first 5 feast workouts. Starting GLP1 monday. I understand that the split is: Day 1: bench then EDT blocks (decline bench into cable rows) and then static holds. Day 2: squat then EDT blocks (deadlifts into leg sled) and then static hold ab crunch. I'll be m...
