its actually kinda true. alot of the proteins cant be digested raw (or something like that) i think you lose like half of the protein in them.

yeah man... but your looking at like $250 for the stack.

i havnt purchased from MASS before, but they said they havnt had any issues sending KA or Adaptogen N to Aus before... i would definately give them a go. (if you dont want to risk a seizure).

if your worried about being able to eat throughout the day i would look into the warrior diet.

but dont judge it after 1-2 days, from what i have heard it can take ~3 days for the lethargy to clear up.

probably because eggs have more good cholesterol than bad cholesterol.

could probably do them consecutively if your running some AAS bro. ;) unless your on cycle though i would recommended resting 1-2 days between each workout (talking about the 1st 5) and maybe wait 3 days before your new 1 rm max. and yeah the loading pattern post there its recommended doing 2 a week...
