I just let my wife try it and she likes it, just as good as the choclate yogurt she uses and no fat and no carbs literally!!!

Bedtime Meal!!!! The Best!!!

I tried it last night!!! It was great and i went to bed full.
One Cup of Plain Greek Yogurt and one scoop of Mass Choclate Protein.
46 grams of protein!!! Hardly no carbs and calories was about 250 I think, but the taste was great.

So on workout days, i could take 4 KreAnabolyn's?

1 30 min before breakfast with fish oil
1 30 min before workout
1 after workout
1 30 min before dinner?

On the Burn It Up on the off days, how would you take it?

As John knows this will be my next run, and I had a question. I know the Adaptagen is 3 caps 30 min before bed. The KreAnabolyn is 1 cap in the morning and 1 cap in the evening. Physically and mentally I am drained now, I trained monday morning, nd took my last servings of Ebol,tbol trib and cbol creatine on Tuesday. So, I am giving my body a break and will pick back up on Sat. morning.

As far as woking chest, legs,hamstrings, these are getting taxed fully. Triceps are getting worked 2nd hardest, shoulders 3 rd. I just feel that certain parts are not getting used to their full potential. Biceps seem to be left out of the workout, they get stretched some, but not used in any contrac...
