Ha!!! I bet you guys thought I was dead!!!

Actually work kind of dictates my life. My business has been dead slow all winter and now it has started to pop, so my diet and training has suffered some.
As you know though, i am finishing my Ebol, tbol trib and cbol creatine stack.
the results have been very good. I have been doing NO cardio, and the pictures will let you be the judge. Give me a couple of days and I will post them.
I believe in the program and the products and the use of the products the way the Blueprint provides, this time I will be using all MASS products.
I have Disneyworld in 52 days!!! Got to be in great shape by then.

Just got back from the gym. Did 20 min on an eliptical, standing barbell curls X4, and dumbell pullovers and abs.

I was tested by a professional trainer with some digital calipers, man it actually hurts.
My weight was 239 lbs, I lost 9 lbs during the Famine Phase.
Man I thought my bodyfat was lower than what the computer told me. Here are my measurements.
True digital scale 239 lbs.
Bodyfat: 25.2%
Measurements:
Chest: 47 in
Shoulder: 50 in
Abdominal: 44.5 in
Bicep: L. 14.75 R. 14.5 L. Flexed. 15 5/8 R. Flexed. 16
Forearm: L. 12 R.12.75 L. Flexed. 12 3/4 R. Flexed. 13 1/4
Calf: L. 16 R. 16

I did not care about my quads. they are big enough.
I will remeasure everything in 30 days after the feast.
Check this out!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I weighed in tonight at 247 lbs.
My friend (trainer) measured my arms after a chest, bi and tri workout.
My left bicep was 16.25 and my right was 16.25 unflexed !!!!!!!!!!!! Got to love that Kre Anabolyn and Adaptogen N!!!!!!!! My strength has not gone up alot but the size!!!! Good Lord!!!

They're a slam dunk team :)

So happy for you man. Great work, great progress and I appreciate you taking a chance on me/Blueprint. I don't know if you knew about MASS before Blueprint but as you're finding out.... they're one of the best kept secrets out there.
