Well I am officially more than half way through Famine week!! It's actually not as bad (so far lol) as I thought. I'm doing the intermittent fasting style of eating (roughly 16hrs fasted/8hrs fed), and it's working wonderfully with the reduced calories. I'm down 3.5 lbs from 10 days ago, and conside...

Very nice suggestions, thanks guys. Rob, I know for my custom program there aren't any true-to-the-letter EDT's in there, but I've got a running Word doc with lots of notes for future use, so this will get tucked in there. I'm just a freak for some shrugs so I had to ask. Thanks again guys.

What to EDT with shrugs?

Shrugs are one of my favorites, I love building up my traps, one of my favorite show-off muscles lol. Anyhow, I'd love some advise on one or two lifts to complement/properly oppose shrugs in an EDT block.

Rob, for real, even though I'm only just starting on it, the intermittent fasting thing might be a variation to consider including, at least as an option, in 3.0. Especially here in the famine phase. Cause like you, I HATE trying to fall asleep when I'm starving hungry. Anyhow, just a thought. But t...

I'm with ya brother, day 1 of famine just completed for me. Was talking with a friend of mine earlier, and it hit me, that this may be the first time in my life that I've gone a day (much less nearly a week!!) without eating any meat!! That's crazy to think about. On the happy notes...the workout we...

Got it. Thanks a bunch brother, I am really pleased. Very well detailed and laid out. Famine starts tomorrow, so we'll be having results start to roll in here shortly. On the supps, that one is Glucosamine/Chondroiton, figured I'd give it a shot while I was at it. Anyhow, I'm gonna read thing throug...

Gonna vote for white shirts myself. Dark colors + South GA heat= the suck. But hey multiple colors probably wouldn't be a huge deal.

I like the ecdy chem structure idea, a graphic something like this one... https://www.3dchem.com/imagesofmolecules/ecdysterone.jpg I'd keep it simple, with the chemical structure, The Blueprint logo and at the bottom the web site. It accomplishes three advertising goals at the same time while being ...

I see a Blueprint slogan thread in the near future lol. I agree it'd have to be one bad-ass slogan for me to prefer it over just a logo and the Blueprint name. I'd buy one regardless, but this should be well thought out. My entry...

Lol as you can see, when I get my mind set to something, especially as significant as this, I don't go half way. I put a whooole bunch of stuff on the back burner to cop those supps and the Ironman belt (and Rob, not one thin red dime of that went on a CC, I know you're proud to hear that lol). What...

Yeah I've been hearing how nuts the first week or so of feast is. I've got Rob working me up a cutting program so not sure how much he'll have me eating at the outset. Honestly for this first run I've got a single minded determination to cut, everything else is a distant second. So for that reason, ...

Brother I am sooo friggin' ready for it. Like tomorrow lol. Honestly over the last 6-8 weeks been in a cut anyhow, zig zaging calories with my lowest days at BWx8 anyhow, so I got a pretty good idea what I'm in for. Though 5 days worth + barely any protein + serious workouts will be a bit more hardc...

My Stack

How's it going guys. I posted up in my log about this but I figured I'd throw it in here to get any opinion's otherwise. Just submitted my order with MASS a little bit ago. Anyhow, here goes: BP MASS Stack (AN, KA, BIU, MP Amino) Gamma GH MP Whey GL/CH Alky Green Multi-Life I'd say that oughta do th...
