Burn It Up! Question

Recently starting a cut for the rest of the summer and was wonder if BIU can be used as a full out thermo? Ex. dosing 2-3 throughout the day..

Or is it more worthwhile just using it at a pre workout?


btw whats the caffeine content?

I was always told that simple carbs should be taken Post W in order to resupply glucose in the body. But thats prolly just broscience being thrown at you.

I feel that the Melatonin content is minimal like 2mgs for 3 pills. The reason for this is that some nights I dose 3-6 mg/g (however the dosage) of Melatonin and that hits me HARD... but not so much for the 3 A-N. Could because A-N takes longer to digest comparing to a dissolve tablet. In other news...

FEAST DAY 1

It felt good to get some calories in me today! Had a clean diet of around 3400 calories (20x weight) and reached 1.5grams of protein per pound.

Started dosing KA and A-N


Can't wait for friday!
