even though im 99% sure your squatting with bumper plates anyway.

when your pressing that much weight should probably have some safety rails happening, just in case.

when i bench with the rails, if the bar falls onto my head it will hit, i have to pretty much guide it to my stomach or an exhaled chest lol. and a spot also helps getting the heavy weight up, and if your struggling or cant get up a last set, the spot is there to help you bail out. im not talking ab...

if your using the rails in a power cage (squat rack type) then you can still do heavy weights... mind you not the same as having a spot.

i work out at home so dont have a spot, wish i did alot of the time.

haha thanks drop, yeah man i actually enjoyed famine a little, weirdly enough i think i still gained some muscle on it... either that or due to the drop in BF it just looked like i did lol. cals were low the entire famine phase, only a couple of points did i get naughty, had a big night on the booze...

its not often ill refer back to nolinksplease.com but alan aragon actually has a really good article on cardio.. talks about LISS HITT fasted cardio etc. off the top of my head, fasted cardio is beneficial to the untrained individual and so is LISS. LISS provides the greatest weight loss... but HITT...

i loveeee regular deadlifts.

SLDL i dont mind... RDL taking abit to get a hang of, but i see how its more beneficial to building mass as opposed to strength thats for sure!

thanks draco.

yeah think i might start doing some sloowwww RDL's prior to the EDT blocks.

ive got a good deadlift form, but its alot different doing the RDL lol. currently just using chalk but should probably get a belt/straps later on down the track.
