Just in case my question gets lost on the prior page, is it ok to do cardio on my week off- or should it be complete rest before I start GLP 2?
And no KA or ephedra right?

To wrap up stats after GLP 1:

Measurements:

.........................Start..............................Finish..

Weight:.......... 230 ............................... 238 ......

Chest: ........... 43" ............................... 43.5" ....

Gut @ fattest ... 43.5" ............................. 43.5" ......

Arms .............. 14" .............................. 15" :D ...

BP max .......... 245 .............................. 270 :D ...

Leg Press max. .. 370 ............................. 415 :D ...

All EDT weights went up as well.

I'm VERY happy with arm growth- I would have thought it was impossible, but I've re-checked it on several days. NICE

I'm very happy with strength gain, happy with muscle gain/fat loss on chest.

I'm most unhappy with my gut. I have to take the blame though. My diet never was up to snuff, and I did very little cardio. Also no fat burners or anything.

I will be adding cardio, ephedra, and tighter diet (minus holidays) for GLP 2. I'm real tired of being fat, and think I'll be even happier with the muscle gain once I shed some fat.

WOW.

That is a fantastic run any way you look at it. Would make a nice review on body building dot com :)

A full inch on the arms is incredible and those lifts.... wowzers. HUGE increases. +25lbs on your bench? +8lbs of LBM and +45lbs on your leg press.

Unreal. All the credit in the world to you man. Way to deliver the goods and reap the rewards!!

Not bad for little cardio, a relaxed diet and being new to this. Just imagine where it goes from here :)

I'd be happy to put it on there Rob. I believe in it, so I would love to give a review. Can you point me to a thread on there to post it too?

Turbo's thread "The Blueprint Works!!!!!!!!!!" in the "Product Reviews" section is the classic example.

Many have posted there and it has good visibility. Do weave in mention of the supps you use as nolinksplease.com will take to it more favorably. They don't sell the MASS stuff so be careful there but provided you used something they sell, mention those. I'll take it from there :)

Including this in your review and/or sig line is a nice touch:

Many, many thanks!
