took lx, ebol and 1 tsp coconut oil before breakfast ~30 calories
breakfast was 4 eggs, 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop superfoods ~400 calories
took lx, ebol and 1 tsp peanut butter before lunch ~30 calories
lunch was chicken and veggies and some turkey with gravy ~900 calories
took lx, ebol and a few cashews before dinner ~30 calories
dinner was 2 scoops whey ~230 calories

total calories ~1620

libido the past 4-5 days has been crazy, to the point where i literally cant focus without some release. not sure what that might be due to...

Lotta' great things happening. Skirts get shorter, sweater puppets on display etc. :)

took lx, ebol and 1 tsp peanut butter before lunch ~30 calories
lunch was fish and 1 scoop allwhey ~410 calories
took lx, ebol and 1 tsp peanut butter before dinner ~30 calories
dinner was chicken bites and veggie stir fry and 1 scoop intrapro ~550 calories

total calories ~1500

too many calories to eat more when im only eating 1540 a day. ill bump back up to 8 starting saturday with my cheat day and through my maintenance.

took ebol before lunch
lunch was a naked burrito with chicken, beans, corn, salsa, a little cheese, and guacamole ~800 calories
took lx, ebol and 1 tsp peanut butter before dinner ~30 calories
dinner was 2 scoops intrapro ~300 calories

total calories ~1560


was going to play basketball but the gym was closed for volleyball practice...

had a nice cheat day yesterday

took lx, ebol and 1 tsp peanut butter before breakfast
breakfast was 10 eggs, 6 slices of cheese, 4 pieces of honey oat bread
took lx, ebol and 1 tsp peanut butter before lunch
lunch was chinese food- rice and chicken
took lx, ebol and 2g fish oil before dinner
dinner was 2 scoops intrapro and 2 tbsp banana peanut butter

back to eating at maintenance, aiming for 2000 calories a day now. also going to start EC again tomorrow. and for my own convenience, no more special diets. just gonna do high protein and relatively low carb and eat whatever i can fit into my diet. i want to reduce my dairy intake as well as consume fewer protein shakes since im running (relatively) low and dont want to go home to pick up more.

took lx, ebol and 1 tsp peanut butter before breakfast ~30 calories
breakfast was 2 mini egg and cheese omelets and a sample packet of nitrotech ~600 calories
took lx, pumpbol and a sample pack of white flood preworkout
intra i drank 1 scoop atomic 7 and 12g bcaas with 4g citrulline malate
pwo was ebol, 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop ONE, 1 scoop superfoods ~190 calories
dinner was 2 baked chicken breasts and a bowl of broccoli with 2 tbsp ranch ~400 calories
later took ebol and 2g fish oil
after dinner i had a buffalo chicken salad, 2.5 tbsp banana peanut butter and a sample pack of oh yeah protein ~770

total calories ~1990

felt very good today, more powerful than usual. im not sure if i was dead from dips or what, but my right shoulder was really shaky during military press so i didnt add any weight to the bar. still got the burn though.

t-bar rows- 45x12, 70x10, 70x9, 70x6 and 45x2
my brachialis was keeping me from pulling more but i felt really strong doing these

dips- 8, 6, 6

leg sled- 90x15, 270x12, 270x12, 270x12
i dont know whats up with my toe still but im switching these for lunges until my toe doesnt hurt anymore. good switch or is there a better exercise?

military press- 45x10, 45x10, 45x10
again, shoulder didnt feel right so i didnt add any weight

twisting crunches- 10, 12
should have done more on the first set, not really sure why i stopped at 10

i should also mention i barely broke a sweat this workout, which may have been because it was nice and cool in the gym or maybe because my conditioning is just that much better than 2 weeks ago. anyways, i felt great today.

A. BOTH are excellent exercises to choose from and in fact, alternate. Reap the best of both worlds, I say...

A. Temperature likely didn't have anything to do with it. It goes back to workload capacity/conditioning.... which is picking up, right on schedule :)

ive also got some gaba coming to try out. im going to start dosing it with reduction PM which already has some in it. what was the dosing scheme you had told me before? start with 1g and work up to 3-4g? the caps are 750mg each and im not sure how much is in reduction pm.

got some psyllium husk too as bathroom trips havent been so stellar with my low carb/fiber diet.
