Back for Round 4
Started my famine today for my next run. Forgot to take my resting heart beat but for my last 3 runs its been 54-55 bpm. I also have a bit of a cold at the moment. Today was my first time lifting in 4 weeks. Strength was down but the weights felt light when I was squatting.
Once Im done with my famine, Ill be running the slow carb diet while cutting as I try to get back down to 190 lbs. I was ~216 Saturday morning before having my cheat days for both Saturday and Sunday. Waiting for Rob to get back to decide what my lifting routine will be. Ill probably opt for doing cardio rather than cutting calories as well. Im tempted to enter the TL transformation contest on bb-com.
I will be utilizing ebol, protein, and bcaas as well as EC and green tea extract 5 days a week. Some days I will switch a dose of caffeine with a pre-workout. My cheat day will be either Saturday or Sunday depending on what the dining hall is serving those days.
Also happy to say I have been off of my sleeping medication for 2 months now and have a consistent sleep pattern again for the first time in 2 years.

weight started at ~190 but i was much leaner than i am now. over the past year ive slowly let myself go due to some depression and a sleeping disorder. i also had an issue during my last run where i was losing strength for whatever reason and took a month off before starting here.JML2011 wrote:Looking forward to following your 4th run! my first run my bench went up 15 lbs and my squat up 30. my second run my bench went up 10 lbs and stalled during my german loading phase, squat went up 30 lbs if i remember correctly. my squat also stalled but not as much. my lifts for this famine phase are pretty similar to my 3rd run so far.
my first run was definitely my best however, PRs every week and i gained 3 lbs of muscle in 3 weeks over the coarse of GLP1.

weighed in this morning at just under 214. i was still up at 218 or 219 wednesday morning so thats a pretty crazy drop. today is the last day of my famine as well.

random note: my arms look bigger than they have in a while, ive had a pump in the all week it seems. my biceps are swelling up almost without me flexing.

breakfast was 8 eggs, 5 slices of bbq chicken pizza with no crust, a couple french fries, and mac n cheese
took 6g bcaas, ebol and 1 tsp peanut butter before lunch
lunch was 2 scoops whey, chocolate chip cookie, and a buffalo chicken wrap
took ebol before dinner with 2g fish oil
dinner was a naked burrito
snack was some french fries and 2 scoops trutein
