Glad to see you back Rob, it was quiet here without ya, assuming you're not still "gone" :P my friend is C.J. Sinclair by the way, he's starting his famine this week for his first run

Gonna have 4 days before my first workout, but i don't think that should be an issue. According to shipping tracking, kre-anabolyn should be showing up today

Its no big deal, i've recently come into several pre workouts in trade.

I have a "supplement bookshelf" sitting in my room that's currently holding:
-Scivation Quake 10.0
-Musclemeds Code Red
-LG Anadraulic State GT
-Betancourt BullNOX
-Universal STORM

along with various energy products, so i have pleeeenty to play with in the coming weeks. More than anything im excited to try the bullnox, its my first dabble into nitrates and i hear good things about the pumps

Also i picked up some Cissus Rob, I'm gonna be doing a 500mg dose 2x daily with my multivit, hopefully alongside animal flex i'll be benching again in no time

Jaz

That is the same treatment I have been using, really helped my elbow issues.
If your open to suggestion you may want to start with for super cissus a day for about 3-5 days then scale back to two and eventually one. The lower dosage as the most analgesic effects.

My current dosage
Flex every other day
Super Cissus RX 1x a day

KA or Ecdy which I do believe ( anecdotally) really contributes to joint repair

Also based on what I keep seeing on power lifting sites and stuff, really no need for me to do curls as long as I continue my big compound lifts. No need to intentionally stress those tendons and this point for me

That's great and Hank's advice is spot on (as usual).

I too have lowered my cissus dose since aggressively dosing it for a month and moved to a 5% extract (vs. 10% to load). So far, shoulder feels MUCH better...
