This is incredible. I mean really incredible. The frequency of PR's is frightening. I'm not kidding. The only person that can stop you now is you. Stop and think about that for a second... What this means is taking care to tend to niggling injuries and such.

If you haven't already, UP the restorative work. Strength gains of this magnitude/frequency almost demand it.

Otherwise, FANTASTIC stuff. The BP haters are out on nolinksplease.com, and I love every one of them. Why? Because I have answers like this to their ridiculous mocking type questions.

Results shut them up real fast. And we've got plenty 'round here...

and the amazing part.. i do little to no deadlifting.

I've probably done deadlifting in 5 workouts over the past 3 months
