Keep up the good work and welcome. Couple of things from my corner. Stay hydrated, especially during those long days. And if you take anything for those headaches, ie asprin, be careful taking those on an empty stomach. Other than that keep bangin, keep starvin......brighter days are a comin!

What day do we start Adaptagens? Not Sat, but Tues? When I would hit the gym for the first time?

Start the adaptogens on the 1st day of feast, the first workout is prescribed to start after 3 full days in to the feast

Is today your last day of the fast? You sure haven't eaten much today , which will make your feast all the better

So resting heart rate = 82. Maybe I missed this but what was your starting value?

EDIT: Just found it. Starting heart rate at rest = 72. You're there :)

Congrats on delivering the goods... now its time to reap the rewards!

Ok now the Real Deal!!!
Just got back from the gym. Did 20 min on an eliptical, standing barbell curls X4, and dumbell pullovers and abs.

I was tested by a professional trainer with some digital calipers, man it actually hurts.
My weight was 239 lbs, I lost 9 lbs during the Famine Phase.
Man I thought my bodyfat was lower than what the computer told me. Here are my measurements.
True digital scale 239 lbs.
Bodyfat: 25.2%
Measurements:
Chest: 47 in
Shoulder: 50 in
Abdominal: 44.5 in
Bicep: L. 14.75 R. 14.5 L. Flexed. 15 5/8 R. Flexed. 16
Forearm: L. 12 R.12.75 L. Flexed. 12 3/4 R. Flexed. 13 1/4
Calf: L. 16 R. 16

I did not care about my quads. they are big enough.
I will remeasure everything in 30 days after the feast.

I am trying to drop bodyfat and gain as much muscle as possible before I take my family to Disney in 2 months. I plan on a clean bulk, so I will try to maintain a clean diet.

I will be starting my E Bol, T Bol and C Bol at half dosages, so my stomach gets used to them and I don't have any upset stomach.
