If you're young, recover VERY fast and have the time to devot to such do try sheiko. Keep in mind Big.Jaz/Hani isn't of this world. He does the Superman thing on a full time basis, so your mileage may vary.

I mean c'mon. He steps it up from the "stock" BP to Westside, then destroys Sheiko. What's next?

Training 24 hours a day, every day??

Speaking of which Hani, I hope you're using that Spud Squat belt for at least a 3rd of your workouts (to take some of that vertical loading of the spine off) we discussed?

Please do let me know on that one. The fear factor every time I log on to read your training logs/watch these demonic videos would be reduced...

Somewhat :)

I'm actually just waiting to order the loading pin, I haven't had a chance to play with the spud belt just yet!

"Don't miss a lift because you don't have wood"

Deadlift to the knee? Is that a partial rep then?

And do you adjust the number on your front squat or use the same max? It's using the percentage based on what you put in for your squat max.

holy 4 month later response, batman.

Anyway: Deadlift to the knee is a partial rep from the ground, up to your knees.

And for the front squats I couldn't work off my back squat max, I ended up lowering the weight to whatever I could get. Or doing backsquats with a pause at the bottom with the weight it suggests.
