SHEIKO SPREADSHEET - STICKY THIS!

Post by Big.jazayrli »

@RobRegish - Sticky this?

Hey guys - just thought I'd share some wealth.

In no way do I condone this as the best program there is - HOWEVER, like anything else, variation is only good for you. I have played around with many programs and am currently starting my first sheiko routine.

If you check out this spreadsheet is has MANY of them.

The idea is to start at the lowest number and work your way up - From what I can tell they are all four weeks long.

Here ya go fellas :)

DONE.

Big contribution here by Big.Jaz folks....

WARNING: Sheiko doesn't mix well with peeps that over-train easily. This kind of thing is certainly worth looking into though...

IF you can recover from it. That's a big if btw...

still nothing. I think because its linked through your gmail. Does it have a copy link or send link to feature?
Copying the header brings it from your gmail since you are logged in.... :(

and yes... have scoped out 29 as well as a few of the others :)

No worries!

Be careful with the other routines, sheiko is an evil, evil man.

better to start small and work your way up

How do gains from Sheiko, both hypertrophy and strength, compare with the GLPs? This is assuming one doesn't overtrain.
