Looks like you're still tearin it up Big J. You've got the video thing down. I'm not so savvy. Somewhere there's a video of my 800 lb rack pull but the kid never sent it to me. He wasn't around for the 855 though. Love those rack pulls! Great log here bro, free supps, contests, videos, and that awesome squat technique. You rock! Keep up the work. Agree on the pullovers, I think Rob showed me an article that called the pullover "The squat for your back." Weight and strength go up and next time you go to the cable pulldowns....watch out.

I wanna hit 500 with my wraps before October. I think its doable. we'll see this saturday.. workout calls for 442 2x2 so we'll see how things go.

Fantastic workout today. Snapped it out in an hour which is amazingly fast for these workouts (for me anyway) The squats felt fantastic. I'm nervous/scared/excited for saturday.. reps on 440 is just unthinkable.

Workout was as follows;

Squats - 385 x 4,5 :D
Good Mornings - 205x2x6

Dips - BW+65 2x12, BW+70 x 10,6
Pullovers - 65x2x6

EDT Blocks for today:
Fat Bar BB Curls 105 lb - 6/6/6/6/6
Tricep Pushdowns 110 lb - 6/6/6/6/6

I wasn't feeling it at all today. something just felt off beat. Squats even felt kinda meh today..

None the less, still a pretty darn good workout.

Workout was as follows;

Squats - 445 x 2, 1

Dips - BW+70 2x10, BW+80 x 8,6
Pullovers - 80 x 8,6 PR

EDT Blocks for today:
Behind Neck Shoulder Press 165: 6/6/6/6/6
Strict Form Lat Pulldowns 180: 6/6/6/6/5

Seated Alt. Bicep Curls 45/h: 6/6/6/6/5
Dumbell Hold 100lb: 10sec/10s/10s/10s/10s

BB Wrist Curls 55lb x 50 Broken into sets + Jump Rope

just the security of failing bro.

even though im 99% sure your squatting with bumper plates anyway.

when your pressing that much weight should probably have some safety rails happening, just in case.
