Great work!

And yes, that top range rack pull was perfect. I should clarify that when posting about it... TOP RANGE rack pull. Whatever you call it, it still imparts a tremendous growth/hardening stimulus to the physique!!

Early workout today, I typically try to avoid working out too early in the morning as it feels as though my joints don't like it - but today had to happen cause I hit the beach with the girlfriend!

On an interesting note: The monday workouts feel really light for me, so from now on I am going to try to stop at the bottom of the ROM for the squats. Hopefully help me develop some strength in my sticking point and a bit more flexibility.

Workout was as follows:

Squats: 307.5 3x3
Elevated SLDL: 225x10

Dips: BW+65 x 10, 9 .. BW+70 x 8, 8
Pullovers: 70x8 (My strength is very rapidly increasing on these)

EDT Blocks for Monday:

Chinups: BW+10 x 5/5/5/5/5
SS DB Should. Press: 70lb x 6/6/5/6/3 (the last set i was just DONE)

RG Barbell Row: 175lb x 6/6/6/6/6
SS DB Shrugs: 100lb x 6/6/6/6/6
(Will increase weight on both of these next week)

Closed this whole workout out with two 15 second static holds for ab strength supersetted with 100 Jump rope each. All followed by 3-5 min of Jump rope.

I had a fairly large "cheat" lunch today at a local thai-esque restaurant, therefore i will be having some "atonement" cardio this evening ;)

Bodyweight this morning: 205!

The liver tabs trick definitely works Rob.. Its all good though on the weight. I can easily drop 7-10 lbs of water weight in a matter of 2 to 3 days.

I didn't even take that many is the thing..

8 a day.. but the Universal Liver tabs are 30 grain each i believe.. so that's like 5 old fashioned liver tabs each.. or more

8 UniLiver = 40 classic liver tabs

makes sense enough to me :P

Another sidenote: I'm coming into some exciting new products via trade for my second loading pattern after I'm done with 10% solution. I'm pretty excited. I'm also planning on incorporating EC the week before the competition and on competition day due to the increased CNS output, what do you think Rob?

Provided no pre-existing conditions.. stuff does increase momentary muscular strength on the order of 5-10% in most.

This is a HUGE increase. On a 300lb lift, that's 315-330lbs!!

oh yeah i've used EC many times before

If i can actually get 5% out of it (assuming worst case scenario, right?)

that's 20-25 lbs on a 400+ squat

that gets me WAY closer to 500! woot. :)

+ It will help me lose all my water weight so i can squeeze into the 198's for the PL meet.. cause im steadily floating 201-204ish right now

Today's workout ran a little long (nearly 1.75 hours) but all is well. Numbers were up in every department, and the squats went up quite easily.

Workout was as follows:

Squats: 352.5 - 2x3
Elevated SLDL: 275 - 2x4

Dips: BW+55x15, BW+60x2x10, BW+70x8
Pullovers: 65x8, 80x6

EDT Blocks for Wednesday:

Close Grip BP: 175lb - 6/6/6/6/6
SS Smith Calf Static Holds: 10 Plates - 6s/6s/6s/6s/6s

Alternating Bicep Curls: 50lb - 6/6/6/6/6
SS RG Tricep Pulldowns: 85lb - 6/6/6/6/6

Numbers were all good today. I am glad to be seeing steady progress in the EDT blocks, as that is good improvement on my overall tonnage in a workout. Hopefully gonna lead to that long saught upper body hypertrophy ;).

No video for today - forgot my phone!

Great news!

Yeah, that is a long workout. Do take care to be consuming an intra workout drink for those days. Makes all the difference...

I noticed the pumps on the ara a man. That alpha feeling was the pumps and not test boost like I thought.I really recommend x factor advanced if you dont have any inflammatory issues.Works best on Recomp or light bulk I think.
