Just had my feast workout #2, and man was it intense. It was awesome. Here's what I did:

Bench: 225 - 1 x 6

DB Pullovers: 60 - 1 x 6

Squat: 210 - 1 x 6

SLDL: 155 - 1 x 6

EDT 1:

Incline DB Press: 60 - 6, 6, 6, 10, 9, 8

One arm db row: 60 - 6, 6, 6, 10, 9, 8

EDT 2:

RDL: 135 - 6, 6, 6, 8, 8, 8

Hack squat: 90 - 6, 6, 6, 8, 8, 8

Now, I did 20% more volume on my EDT's from the last workout so I need to bump it up 5%, am I right?

FANTASTIC!

Great work man. A 20% increase in reps already? That's great. Yes, please increase weights by 5%.

You are on your way... :)

Feast workout #3 was great. Started off strong but it was definitely whooping my butt towards the end but I managed to get thru it. Part of it might have been cuz I didn't get to eat as much as I wanted.

Bench: 250 - 1 x 3

DB Pullovers: 70 - 1 x 3

Squat: 225 - 1 x 3

SLDL: 175 - 1 x 3

EDT 1:

Incline DB Press: 70 - 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6

One arm db row: 70 - 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6

EDT 2:

RDL: 140 - 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6

Hack squat: 95 - 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6

Looks like workout #4 will be on Wednesday instead of Thursday, that way workout #5 lands on Saturday so I can have someone there to spot me. I don't know anyone that goes to the gym on Sunday and I don't like asking strangers to spot me.

Had my 4th feast workout yesterday and it was alright. I mean the workout was intense and loved it but I wasn't able to finish cuz I couldn't get the machine to do my last EDT. There was some idiot in the way taking his sweet time. I waited 10 minutes for him to finish but by that time I didn't feel like I was in the zone any more so I left. Either way, here's what I did do:

Bench: 225 - 1 x 7

DB Pullovers: 60 - 1 x 8

Squat: 210 - 1 x 8

SLDL: 155 - 1 x 8

EDT 1:

Incline DB Press: 70 - 6, 6, 6, 8, 8, 8

One arm db row: 70 - 6, 6, 6, 8, 8, 8

It's time to bump up the weight again. Saturday is going to be awesome. I'm really loving the intensity of the BP. It makes me sweat like crazy. Good stuff.

Ya, I considered doing that but the equipment would have been across the room from each other and I'm sure someone who have taken it in between sets.

Nice workout man. Keep it up. It sucks that there was a guy in the way. It really pisses me off when that happens. I usually ask them how many sets they have left, and then they start to rush to finish, lol.

Another thing I find useful is to bring two towels. If your machines are across the room from each other then just put one towel on each. People are much less likely to start using something if a towel is on it.
