How far along are you on the chins? I'm doing uneven chins now (one hand gripping the bar, the other around my wrist). I hit a sticking point on Convict Conditioning (the next step), where you perform the top half of a true one handed chin, with the other behind your back. My issue being (I think), I'm continuing to put on LBM with Synthagen, despite a pretty severe caloric deficit!
Even though it's muscle, it'll still work against you to some extent, particularly in this exercise. I'm continuing the make progress though, so I'll just keep plugging away on these.
Interested in hearing how you do with it. I know prior to MPS, these left me sore as hell, particularly in the lats/biceps. With MPS - whole lotta' nothin' insofar as DOMS!
