Another 2 pounds dropped for a total of 10 pounds in 4 days. WOW.

Ready for some protein though in a BIG way!

OK... so I've been so busy I have not been able to log in. So here is my update:

Last week I only lifted twice, and did cardio once (not good, but was seriously sore and busy).

This week, I lifted on Monday and Wednesday, did cardio on Tuesday.

My weightlifting sessions have been so intense (thanks to Rob's plan), that by my last set- I seriously feel like I am going to puke or pass out (or both). Each time, I have had to sit down for a while to recover (at least my office is right next door to my gym, so I can recover there). As long as I drink the "formula" that Rob gave me, my recovery is actually pretty decent. The one day I had extreme soreness, I hadn't started drinking it soon enough- learned my lesson there!

Stats as of yesterday, 01/26/2011:

Weight- 233.8 (12 pounds less than start 2.5 weeks ago) :)
Waist- 43.50 (2.25 inches less!) :D

When I look in the mirror, I don't see much difference, but the tape shows a big difference on my waist and my pants do fit better. I will probably take a photo Sunday or Monday for a 3 week update. Hopefully I'll see the difference when I compare with the before photo!
