Anyone know/use cbol creatine? I'm unfamiliar but though it was to be used JUST on training days?

cbol creatine

Seems that most people take 6 on off days. But, I have also read that a few people have only dosed it on training days. And have had it work really well still.

Thanks for the help guys... I think I'll take 12 a day for the first 5 days and then take 12 on training days and 6 on off days

Well for this run im shooting high, I'm going to try my hardest to get to 175. In the long run I want to keep bulking till I reach 185-190 and then start cutting. Like you, I'm an ectomorph so it's hard to gain fat and easy to loose so I'm not to worried about fat gain.

So it's been a couple of days since I've posted. I've been resting up these last 3 days. My diet has consisted of 4000+ calories and 250gs+ of protein. Today was my first feast workout. It was alot longer than I anticipated but nonetheless it was a good one. It started on a good note when I jumped on the scale first thing this morning weighing in at 154 +2 lbs from the begining. I hope the weight just keeps coming. I have a feeling im going to gain 15-20 lbs this run. I did take a before picture but I have no way to upload it until I get back to the states. So todays workout when like this...

Bench press supersetted with (slight incline) DB pull overs
165x8 45x8

Squats supersetted with Straight leg deadlifts (I've never done any kind of deadlifts before)
225x8 135x8

PR Zones (2 min rests)
Incline DB press supersetted with Lat pulldowns
40x6 70x6
50x6 70x6
60x4 85x6
60x3 85x6
60x4 100x6
60x4 115x6

PR Zones (1 min rests)
Romanian Deadlifts supersetted with Leg press
165x6 185x6
165x6 270x6
165x6 270x6
165x6 270x6
165x6 270x6
165x6 270x6

Needless to say I was exhuasted. I had to change up the rest times for the PR zones due to time constraint. It was kinda akward trying to find which weights I was comfortable using after being out of the gym for so long. I'm not 100% sure I did the PR zones correctly. I read the sticky on the zones several times. I'm not going to write out my diet in detail unless someone requests it but my overall for today looks like this...

Total Calories: 4753
Protein: 254g (20.93%)
Carbs: 674g (55.53%)
Fats: 127g (23.54%)

As always, if anyone as any suggestions on anything I would appreciate it. Excited for workout #2

Sorry for not having updated in a long time... things have become pretty hectic here in afghanistan and I havn't had access to the internet. Even now I have limited access so hopefully I'll be able to update more frequently. Today was my 5th workout and I maxed out Bench at 215 and Squat at 315, both PR's for me. I havent weighed myself for a couple days but last I checked I was at 161lbs +9lbs from the start. We've recently built a gym that is right next to where I live so I workout there now but the only bad thing is that there is no scale. I think I'm somewhere around 163-165 if i have to guess. I'm looking forward to starting GLP#1 and I hope I can do a more detailed update next time.
