Ok... The box definitely can't go to the gym with me, lol. The belt will help but how do I determine foot positioning? Knee positioning? Etc.

Argh.... Squat form

I'm worried about my form on squat. I don't have a mirror near the smith machine and am worried I get it wrong. At the very least, I don't think I'm consistent rep to rep with where the pressure on my foot is, position, etc. Could someone give me some tips so I get perfect form?

Thanks!

Reading BP page 20 confused me more. It says that loaded stretches should follow a rep scheme but you've previously advised me to just do one or two reps of stretches holding for 12-15 seconds. The way I'm reading it, it looks like I'd be doing 6 sets of 6 of stretches on TOP of the EDT blocks of re...

The simple solution is to add loaded stretch movements into the EDT blocks. For example: DB Pullovers (loaded stretch) supersetted with Seated cable rows (loaded stretch). Incline DB curls (loaded stretch) supersetted with Seated overhead DB extensions. One DB, both arms (loaded vertical stretch). ...

Development of EDT blocks

So my current EDTs are 6,5,4,3,MAX reps. My question is what the difference is in how you setup the rep scheme. That is a total of 18 + max reps. What is the difference of doing it that way as opposed to 9 + 9, for example?

Just curious

One of my favorite stickies :) https://bodybuildingsupplements.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=437 Don't do too many. Perhaps 2 EDT blocks for upper body and 1 or 2 for lower. Always err on the side of less volume and focus more on intensity. For intensity builds muscle, volume does not. Think of how a ...

thanks. don't they have to be timed right though? I saw that part of the book but was under the impression that they are something that should be tailored based on exercises. Like which should I do and when? Do I run the risk of overtraining if I do them all?

My thoughts exactly. Calorie cycling is your ticket. I'd be interested in seeing that book! I'm a little crushed you didn't ask for my input here! Rob has been guiding me with cutting over the past few months on and off. He is right that you won't be setting records with your lifts but I found that...

Yes. This is okay. I lost 5-7 lbs. I dropped from like 155. It is mostly water. I would measure your waist and arms. You will see it is water and a little bit of fat. You may lose a little bit of muscle, but not much. It is one step backwards for three steps forwards. You will be gaining back pure, ...

For upper body, I like curls/tri presses or db press/one arm db row. I think the key is to hit the antagonizing muscle, right rob?

Good matching loaded stretches?

Okay, here is my upper body routine: - GLP BP - EDT incline press/db row - EDT curl/triceps Each week I'm also going to add one spiral EDT (no antagonizing muscle workout) of cable flies and db pullover. Ie., week one, I will do flies, week two I will do pullovers and so forth. What are recommended ...

My pre famine was from coming off a 3 month dirty bulk. I put on weight, most of which was fat. I was clueless about bulking at the time. It did give me a nice piece of stone to carve though. As you can see, I shed quite a bit of it and still gained size. I dont have any updates since starting this...

Wow, thanks for the great response. Your physique is darn close to mine with exception to you have some more size. Everything else is pretty close (ps - FRIENDS IS AWESOME!). Do you have any update pictures? So do you just not even pay attention to your carbs at all?
