BP Run Round II

Post by pmartinez78 »

So I decided to start my second run a little earlier than planned. Today is day 2 of famine. Here are my starting stats.

Starting:
Weight: 168lb
BF: 11.7%

Supplements:
Multi
Whey protein
Kre-anabolyn

Famine WO #1

Squat - 3 x 6 reps with 205 lbs
supersetted with
One Arm Row - 3 x 6 reps with 90 lbs

Seated Cable Row - 3 x 6 with 125
supersetted with
Lat Pulldown - 3 x 6 with 150

Barbell Bicep Curl - 1 set of 6 with 110 lbs

Incline Dumbbell Curl - 1 set of 6 with 40 lbs

Preacher Curl - 1 set of 6 with 80 lbs

I will be running GLP1 and GLP2 this time around. My goal is to hit a 300 bench and 315 squat while leaning out some.

On a side note, musclemass has some awesome customer service and incredibly fast shipping. I order my kre-anabolyn this past Friday morning and was in my mailbox Monday afternoon. Since it was coming USPS, I expected to take 7-10 day. Thanks askmass.

Great job!

Now you're been through Famine before so you know the drill... proceed cautiously. Having said that, great goals and I'm right here to help in making sure you accomplish them.

And yeah, MASS is tops. I just got my Blueprint Mass Stack and I am STOKED to rip into this stuff. Gen 5 Kre-Anabolyn, Adaptogen N, MassPro Amino plus that free bottle of Burn It Up!

Hope you're looking into one of those sharp BP T's too :) The MASS shirts are awesome as well. I'm wearing the maroon one now and I like it even better than the classic black!

Thanks Rob. Looking forward to your input.

I'd be stoked too if I had all those goodies on my doorstep when I got home. lol. Unfortunately, with the holidays and all, I'm on a tight budget. Luckily I had enough to buy myself the kre-anabolyn for christmas since my wife refuses to buy me any supplements. lol I did consider buying one of the T's but I couldn't afford it this time around. I'm probably going to get one in my next order.

Good job..

I know it's tough out of the gate but in short order, your conditioning will pick up and you'll start adapting. Tell me if I'm right on that one..

If not, consider cutting the EDT blocks in half. For many, this will ease the trasition and you can build up from there.

Hope that helps!

Ah yes, very nice:)

Workout 2 would indicate it's still early. Just wait until week 3. Why? Let's just say you'll be reading a LOT more about that in 3.0 :)
