First, welcome aboard!! We're glad to have you here...

Ill eat fruits and vegetables. Is some oatmeal okay to eat?

A. Certainly is. Great source of carbs/fiber with little protein. One caveat, make sure it's REAL (old fashioned) oatmeal and not the processed junk.

A. Good luck!

A. If you have a free standing bench, simply insert a weight plate under one end. Presto, there's your decline.

If not, dips or close grip bench presses are suitable alternatives. Plenty of other movements too. If you need more suggestions, by all means let us know what equipment is available and I'll make them.

thanks rob.

Famine day1 is just about over.

I workouted my legs yesterday. So my famine day 1 was The chest and shoulder and tris workout.

I did

185x8 bench SS with 85x8 shoulderpress

Incline bench SS with 75x7 shoulderpess

Decline bench SS with 45x8 shoulder press

Then i did some 10 dips and i did 60x10 skull crushers. and i did some pulldowns

That was about it for my workout.

My diet today was

1 cup of oatmeal
banana
apple
LOTS grapes
yogurt
and lots of water.

Im only at like 700 calories right now. I need more options to eat :)

Yeah, definately make sure you get "enough" in.

Despite the name, Famine really is (or should be) a healthy exercise in detox/cleansing. We're not talking about no food here, just limiting it and ramping up workout intensity/density.

As you proceed, do so cautiously. Always remember, your health comes first. If you at all feel sick, "off" or just not right - discontinue. You can't make gains if you're sick.

Stay in touch, PM me if you need help.... you'll have an answer in 24 hours or less. Most of the time much sooner!

Quick question that may seem simple. How do you know if a food is processed or not?

Any clues?

Ps: all this fruits and vegs are giving me the worst farts is that normal?

You'll know by one simple test..

Does it grow on a tree, pull it out of the ground or hunt it down and kill it? If not, leave it on the shelf...

In large part, your supermarket shopping goes like this: Shop on the edges of the supermarket. This is where the good stuff (milk, meat, produce etc) are and where you'll find most of what you'll need.

Very little of the stuff on the interior is what you want. The exception being things like canned beans, quinoa etc..

On the gas, yes it's quite normal. Great stuff and do share with as many people as possible. This goes for family, friends, co-workers etc. Don't be selfish and make sure everyone gets the benefit. In all seriousness, if it becomes a big issue look into Beano or like product.

In time, you'll find your foods Stick with us as we show you the BP way. Right here for you if you need me!

How long would one bottle of KRE-ANABOLYN last me.

I was reading through your BP and it seems taht you should take 3-6 pills a day (1 with each meal). So that would be 10-20days.

Is the optimal results with 6 pills a day?

that's the old version of kreanabolyn - if i remember right the new version is a higher dose and you can get away with 3/day

I hear a bunch of people using e-bol and bioforge pro max.

Which would be better that stack or kre anaoblyn?

i would like to see Kreanabolyn and Original Bioforge, personally.

I have used promax before and i liked the original more

and i like the formula of kreanabolyn a bit more than ebol

two bottles of kre anabolyn will be right on the money..

you don't even really need a test booster. and in your budget it'll be hard to get one.

if you can squeeze in a couple extra bucks then 2x KA + 1x adaptogen N would be a solid combo for test boost/adaptogenics
