I finished famine, and then on the second day of feast I got a fever and have had it for a few days. Once i get better, should I restart from famine, or would I be okay to restart on day one of feast?(haven't been eating much at all)

I believe I had read a similar question and Rob suggested to pick up where you left off (in your case Day One Feast). Of course, I'll hold out for Rob's response, but that is what I recall reading. Best of luck in your recovery and progress!

Definately DON'T re-start famine.

Get to a point where you have 3 solid days of eating behind you... whatever that is. Then commence feast.

Sickness is seen as stress in itself so think of it as an extended Famine. You'll be OK with that approach.
