EDT help

Post by the_buffer »

Hi guys,

I've been racking my brain trying to figure out my coming EDTs to use with GLP, maybe you can give me some suggestions.

I will be alternating the following workouts:

Workout 1:
Squats - GLP fashion
SLDL - (stretch set)

1 EDT block

Static holds - rope crunch

Workout 2:
Bench Press- GLP fashion
SLDL - (stretch set)

1 EDT block

Static holds - decline press

So from my point of view, the major muscle groups I need to cover are: lats, shoulders, delts, biceps, triceps. I want to make sure I hit each of these at least once a week, but not so much that I will over-train anything.

Thanks for any help.

if you're concerned about hitting all the muscles, its not a problem to use more than 1 EDT block after a GLP workout. Or you could just add another day that's all EDT.

why are you doing SLDL after bench press? thats not a stretch set... or not a effective one anyway.

you should be doing pullovers as a stretch after benchpress.

the upper EDT's i used were:

DB incline bench
DB rows

and

skull crushers
bicep hammer curls

lower body EDT:

romanian deadlift
DB lunges
