First 5 workouts of feast?

Real quick question, are the first 5 workouts of feast done on the first 5 days w/o rest (ex. M,T,W,Th,F) or are there rest days in between the workouts?

Minimum you start with 1on/1off. I like 1 on 2 off to play it safe. Whatever it is you start with, insert extra rest days if you start feeling over-trained. Also, check this out... all you need to know!

I know the supplements are supposed to help with recovery, but I doubt that you'd have enough time between workouts to recover from such intense training doing three per week. I'm entering the feast week myself and going to start at least with Rob's suggestion of 1 on/2 off.

This is highly individual and largely dependent upon age, hormone status etc.

The aggressive approach is 1 on, 1 off. The sensible approach is 1 on/2 off. The most conservative approach is 1 on/3 off.

I say if you have any doubts, go 1 on 2 off and insert extra rest days from there if needed.
