Feast workout help

i am doing what the BP stated: barbell bench, dumbell pull over, incline dumbell bench press, t bar rows,squat, deadlift...... BUT is that fine or should i add anything because i dont think it hits abs

you dont think the 3 biggest compound exercises you can execute target abs?

its fine man, its only for 5 workouts then you can add some additional ab workout to your lower days during the GLP.

You can add some ab work but as Scump points out here.... you're really hitting them pretty hard via the compound lifts.

Do consider the "its only 5 workouts" bit too. Small price to pay for putting 100% of your energy toward those big lifts!
