Whats BP Posse 8)

Question about the first 5 workouts of feast. Should we perform an EDT blocks? If optional, is it more effective including EDT work or just sticking with the main lifts? And, which EDT blocks work best with this workout? Thanks for any feedback....

Hey man, WELCOME!

I generally do favor them now as they allow hypertrophy to keep pace with strength. And, I've got your answers right here in this convenient stickie :)

Hey man by the way, the first 5 workouts in feast are pretty intense (both upper and lower in the same day) so i would stick to the EDT blocks rob recconmends for these, then shread it up when your in the GLP.

how do you go about chosing your edt blocks in the GLP? do you take the examples in the blueprint, make your own ?

i used the ones Rob suggested and threw my own in, im starting to change them up a bit now because i wasn't fond of a couple exercises.

examples of mine:

old:
Roman deadl lift + lunges
incline DB Press + 1 arm BB rows
DB hammer curls+ skull crushers

new:
Roman dead lift + chin ups
DB preacher curls + tricept kickbacks

EDT blocks give you a massive pump and bring on brilliant size, the GLP is purely for strength but it does bring on some hypertrophy aswell.

but imo a EDT block targets hypertrophy :D
