So I'm almost done with the first day of famine. no bad so far. just a drastic change of eating habits. Got four more to go. About to head to the gym a knock out my first workout. will post when done.

ok. so my workout went great. had a banana and i'm good for the night. usuall have a protein shake before bed but not tonight.

ok so famine day two.
meal 1 0700- 1 cup grapefruit juice, 1 banana
meal 2 0930- 1 banana, 1cup raspberries
meal 3 1200 - 1 sweet potatoe-6 celery stalks, 1 cup v8
meal 4 1600 - 1 apple handful of almonds
meal 5 1850 - 1 salad(organic)w/spinach leaves, 1 cup v8
still at work so may have a banana before bed around 2300 hrs.

feels good man. resting heart rate this AM of 63. same as yesterday.

famine day 3. have lost 3lbs. down to 184.8. my resting heart rate jumped up to 71 this AM. WOW. had a cup of grapefruit juice, banana, and a few slices of cucumber.

This is part of the beauty of The Blueprint.. there is no guessing at the physiological effect we're imposing.

Heart rates don't lie :) If it's jumped by 8 beats or more (didn't see your starting point), you may already be there..

will def check heart rate in the morning to be sure. kinda odd for that big of a jump i would assume.

ok so day 3 is almost over for me. got three more hours of work. just got done with workout 2. found myself real tired and weak...especially on the bench. same meal plan as yesterday just without the almonds b/c my co worker ate all of them. and yeah he paid me for them when i found out. just feeling drained but not sick. but over half way done.

Totally natural and fully expected. Do take care on workout 3 and remember, health first.

so day number four. these 16hr days are kicking my butt. heart rate still at 70 this morning. and i checked it twice again. had a banana and grapefruit juice so far.
