Famine Training question

For the bicep portion of the famine training, it's 3 total sets for biceps, one of each exercise correct?

And if so, for friday when you do 5 sets, do you just toss 2 more new bicep exercises in, with one set of each, or do you add sets to 2 of the original 3 workouts?

You've got point number one correct.

And the ideal on point #2 is to add 2 different bicep exercises. The body thrives on variety, so take full advantage!
