cottage..

i dont think there was any talk in the blueprint on before bed meals.. is cottage cheese still ok.. and of course this is in the fest/cruise stage?

Perfectly fine.

Given feast guidelines and the re-bound involved you're not going to lose much, if anything due to an overnight fast. In fact, I strongly suspect nature set things up this way for a reason...

... a bro-science ditty...another good reason to take cottage…
the high sulfur amino’s in cottage are reputed to be very supportive of the uptake / utilization of efa’s(see Budwig, etc)
and btw night is a good time to take 3’s
ie a small amount of cottage same time as tblsp fish oil 4 or five nights a week…
I often substitute 1/3 scoop of Bn’C MassPro and take with lemon flavored fish oil … mix in mouth :) ... and include a couple black currant seed oils with night supps... hth

I've read several articles that state low fat cottage cheese is an acceptable alternitive to a casein protein shake before bed. I switched....

i would think that getting your protein from a food source is better than powdered pro anyhow.
