alkaplex during famine?

Gonna start my first run on BP. I was wondering is it possible to take alkaplex during the famine phase?

It is and you'll be reading more about this in 3.0.
I'm big on greens. Much bigger than I was when I wrote the BP. Highly, highly recommended. You might want to reach out to Brainsquirt or otherwise look at his posts.
He is probably the foremost practioner of de-toxing alkalizing here..

Brainsquirt gets the value of detox, for sure.
I have always very highly recommended Alkaplex. It's THE best pennies a day supplement that everyone should be taking. I'm talking all walks, and all ages.
Tip- It goes against my comments that we are not working on anything totally new currently - and really we were not intently doing so - but there is an advanced greens item in the pipeline. Not to replace Alkaplex, but to take the concept to the ultimate.
