Going with an alternative workout program?

Mixel,

How (in)effective would it be if I were to follow my own workout program rather than whats outlined in BP2.0?

I feel like I know what my body responds to, and at the same time my planned routine keeps many of your core concepts in mind.

So long as I bust ass, make regular improvement, follow the diet plan outlined in BP2.0, and allow adequate time for rest, only good things should follow right?

Correct.

I'm all for doing what you feel is right and take no offense. I am solely concerned with one thing.... your results.
