I have my multistix, but wanted to know when I am using them, what should we be looking for at the end of the famine? also what should we be looking for during the feast? what should we avoid?
This info would be great info! :)

I got mine at a local pharmacy, you can check PH, Protein, blood, bilirubin and other stuff. I know we are interestred in PH.
There are many different ones, make sure yours have PH and protein.

The Multisix are ONE diagnostic tool we use during famine, your resting heart rate, scale weight and strength levels are the others.

The are invaluable during feast too, where you should see the protein excretion swinging the other way (showing very little protein excreted except after a hard workout).

So, solid investment all around. The pH too, is a very important measure and can be manipulated by diet/greens supplements if so desired.

Hope that helps!

I went to Walgreens the other day to pick up some diagnostic materials for 3.0 work I'm doing.

And what did I see? A STEROID home test kit to see if your teen is juicing! Can you believe this? Absolutely absurd..

Any fool could spend 30 min on a message board, figure out what the home test kit tests for and develop a workaround.

I mean c'mon. You really want something meaningful? How about a kit that detects for alcohol/cotein (breakdown product of nicotine) in the urine.

Absurd.

It sounds like the Multistix would be a good investment while on BP. I checked CVS the other day an they quoted me $52 to order them. I looked online and they can be found much cheaper. Is there a particular one to look for i.e. Multistix10, 8, 7, 5, 3?

I'd simply look for the ones that test for protein, ketones and pH. Those are the big 3!
