Is anyone here using a largely body weight routine, following BP Famine/Feast/Cruise principles?

I've been doing it for quite some time, but ironically found the weight I gained (I'm talking good weight too), hinders me on some BW moves.

Curious to know if anyone else is in this dilemma?

I'm using something similar, and have the same issue you do.

Likely because I mix in some full range and static holds. If you look at all the best BW trainers, they're almost all under 200lbs. That's not an area I want to get into (now), probably will after age 60.

If I make it that long :D

You answered yourself

But yes, I have been using BW only training for the past 22 months. The weight gains are usually a good fit with increase intensity for EDT. Still need to change angles and symmetry to achieved the correct reps goal though.

Tell me again BW training doesn't build muscle
