Any suggestions for dealing with golfer's elbow? I think I way over did it with one off those grip strengtheners and now the inside of my left elbow pretty sore.

Castor oil!

Thanks for the suggestion, I ordered some today. I am going to try a castor oil pack where you wrap the joint with a cloth full of castor oil, Saran Wrap and a heating pad for an hour.

I've had this in the past. The only thing that worked for me was IASTM, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage. There are other similar treatments. I'd recommend finding a good practicioner in your area.
