Brutality

The 3.0 6X12X 1 min rest squat and leg curl EDT block. Possibly worse than mortal kombat :) Although it's the lightest leg day, this workout is plain brutal.

Thats bad but not nearly as bad as this.I dare you to do 5 rounds of EDT of this...squats with stiff legged deadlift

Been there, done that in 95* heat.

Great idea for the next BP run, if I do EDT blocks. Thanks DaCookie. I don't train at metroflex, or outside; so, no 95 degree heat for me. I can only imagine how terrible that was.
