Just purchased some ephedrine HCL since I've learned that the FDA ban was just another case of BS.

I follow a warrior/IF style diet usually breaking the fast an hour before training with a small serving of fruit and protein, then feast for a few hours after into the evening.

It comes in 8mg tabs. Any recommendations for properly implementing it into my schedule?
