Just bought the blueprint also. I'm a little worried. I eat crazy amounts of food right now and if I work out even semi-fasted I get foggy, strength and motivation in the gym drops, and feel crappy in general. Anyone else like that?

I'm pretty sure just about everybody gets like that. progress > 5 days of discomfort. Keep that in mind and you'll be fine. Good luck!
