Feast & GLP

Is there any way someone could break down exactly what these works should look like, between reading 2.0 and 3.0 and different posts and I'm still really confused....I know that is probably sad but I just want to make sure I have it right before I get into this thing bc I want to nail it on my first try and see what results this can produce.....thanks in advance for all the help!
