Where to get GPA?

For "the formula", where are you all sourcing your GPA?

Also, where are you sourcing your Kre-Alkalyn? L-Leucine (not nitrated)

Thanks,

David

GPA is generally excluded from the formula now, see the Supplement secrets doc.
KA is generally through MASS.
Leucine is a relatively inexpensive supp and very easy to find so some of us (like myself) simply include it in their order from a site like trueprotein. Others among us will purchase it through their supplement site of choice, generally due to quality or price (depending on their priorities).

Thanks for the ideas.

I just looked at the 3.0 Supplements Secret; it says to add 500 mg of GPA?

Are you taking Kre-anaboyln?

If so you don't need to take GPA as the kre-anaboyln already contains ingredients to draw substrate (amino acids/creatine ect) into the muscles. I think its suppose to act as a nutrient partitioner when combined with the other ingredients in the formula (especially one ingredient).

Not sure where to get it. I stuck with KA :)

livelong nutrition makes a bulk GPA, though I'm not sure if its in stock anywhere.

a quick search via google shopping should serve you well

I plan on using KA, so I guess I won't worry about GPA.

Yeah, I tried google shopping and I believe the livelong GPA was the one that was discontinued. Thanks for the help thus far.

As far as the "recipe", do you apply that to the skin every morning or how often is that applied?

Upper traps, forearms and lower back provided you have lower(er) bodyfat.

REASON: This is where, the skin is the thinnest... :)

Do you apply it every morning, on both on and off days?

Looking for a definitive answer on the in-/exclusion of GPA in 'the formula' for 3.0: Should we still use it or not? Starting 2nd Feast next week... Also, if we don't need/use the GPA, is the TMG necessary, or is it beneficial in some other way besides preventing a potential increase in homocysteine levels?

My understanding is that you do not need GPA/TMG. Let Rob confirm that though.

Thank you so much for responding, 5.0stang! Hopefully, one of the three faces has the time to chime in, as you suggested.

Thanks again!

I am brand new to this as well, but I believe if you are taking KA, no need for either. There are way to many faces for me to keep up with. :D

I will not be using KA on this run. I did my first Blueprint run with E-Bol, and I plan to run this one without any Ecdy as a comparison point. Depending on results, I may run the next one with the KA (or not). So... not sure where that leaves me in re: GPA/TMG.
