Trampolene Jumping for Active Recovery

Visiting my sister in law who has a huge trampolene in backyard and thought it would be a great way to do some active recovery work in between workouts...anyone got any ideas? Will be testing it out tomorrow morning before it gets too hot...

EDIT: knees couldnt take he bouncing...went and did some HIIT cardio at the gym instead...
