Softball

So I did legs last night, did squats and deadlifts, along with some rack pulls and some good mornings. I then had a softball game later that night and think I might have over done it. I pulled my hamstring plus quad on my left leg, any advice for a quick recovery?

I like the dixie cup idea. I am in Texas so I believe that it is legal to use the Pepper in the cup. I am not sure on the northern states, but in texas we like it hot. I will try to get my wife to help me out here, this will be the most action I have gotten in 2 months. :lol:

I asked this before but got no response why would it be illegal to put pepper in ice?
