Hello everyone! I just purchased the ebook yesterday and read through it top to bottom. I like a lot of the information but have a couple questions.

I own a small fitness facility that I also train out of and equipment is not ideal for the prescribed program. I have DB's up to 50lbs, a squat rack, and a lot of small apparatus equipment. I am an extreme endomorph and put on weight easily and my goals are to take the fairly solid 220lb frame I have and tone it up. For the most part I have been doing circuit type workouts with cardio added in.

I'm wondering if anyone has success with the program while altering the lifting portion? I have no interest in benching 315 or squatting 405 again and my limited equipment also makes it difficult.

I plan on following the diet portion(famine/feast) but don't know how I should alter my workouts to make them effective.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Im sure that some of the bigger guys will chime in here but i'll start with my two cents :)

First, welcome aboard! I would re-read the book about 3 more times before you actually get started ;) will go a long ways.

As far as tailoring it to not be benching and squatting so much... totally do-able!

You can alter it to not necessarily go super heavy all the time, but to actually get some good weight put up in higher reps, which will help to shred some of the fat and tone/harden you up a little.

You do not have to follow the GLPs or 10% solution. You can customize it to tailor what you need.

Not sure what the other guys will recommend, as they have done it a few times now, and Im only on my first run. Im also a smaller guy, so Hank or BigJaz or someone can probably give you a better idea..

Look into a German 10x10... I did that a few cycles a few years ago.. while I was training for some special mission stuff...

Really helped to get some good lifting endurance, as well as stronger without all the size... granted its tough for me to get size to begin with :)

Cheers. Hope that helped a little!
