Goodbye Famine Hello Feast

Tomm I start with my first Feast workout (really wanting to start today but my 72 hours aren't up until tomm). Some questions i have are:

Should i add EDT from day 1?
If yes, which exercises?

How many days of rest between workouts and should I incorporate any type of training to my off days?

Thanks a lot and i cant wait until I start lifting.

Went through my 5 workouts and even though i messed up on the routine i ended up with my highest 1rpm for both BP and SQ in 6 years.

Also did edp and added weights every other workout.

So far so god.

Now to the german Loading.
