Workout Questions

I know that this program is going to be great! I am really excited to get started.

Had a quick question about some of the workouts...

I am used to doing my workouts and also doing some ab work as well afterwards.

Can I still incorporate my ab workout in with the specified workouts, or should I do them on "off" days, or whatnot?

I think that the ab work is fine as long as you do it at the END of your workout..

dont want to hit up DL or Backsquats with weakened abs.
