Had my first GLP upper body workout yesterday and it felt great. I had some out of shape dude jump in with me cuz all the benches were taken and he had the nerve to tell me that the volume and weight I was doing wasn't enough. Then he tried to tell me about some program where he almost increase his bench by 100lbs in 100 days, but yet he couldn't even hit 5 reps of the 210 i put up. His excuse was that he didn't warm up enough and that he was old. Anyways, enough with my rant. He's what yesterday's workout looked like.

GLP Upper body:
10x135
8x145
8x175 (was suppose to be 165 but dude distracted me & didn't realize till afterwards)
8x175
8x195
8x210

EDT 1
Decline DB bench (70) 6,6,6,6
Pullover (65) 6,6,6,6

EDT 2
BB curls (80) 6,6,6,6
Overhead DB ext. (70) 6,6,6,6

Static holds
Decline BB bench (225) 2x10 seconds

SOLID!

On the old dude, toy with these people. Ask them for their secrets. Make them write up an entire routine for you and spend hours doing it. Get very excited, exit the gym and promise you'll get underway tomorrow morning. Then dismiss him/his routine next time he asks how you're doing with it. Explain that you showed it to a few people and they laughed.

Let the cortisol flow.

lol...I just went along with him and he said he would look for the routine again and give it to me. I'll try what you said if he even brings it to me which I doubt.

HAHA-
I'll trade you that old annoying gym guy for the old annoying gym girl at my gym.
She gets on the elliptical and moans/pants/groans like she's doing something real nasty on it. REAL LOUD too... Actually makes me sick to my stomach. I've cut 2 workouts short because of her horrible sounds.

lol...I had one of those ladies up to a month ago. She left when the gym put up new rules which one of them is no loud grunting. lol.. I know what you mean about it being loud. I would still be able to hear her moaning even with my music blasting in my ears.

Just had my second GLP upper body workout yesterday afternoon. Had an awesome workout and I felt pretty swole after my first EDT. I'm noticing a slight recomping effect which is awesome cuz I'm not taking any fatloss supplement or doing any cardio. I'm really looking forward to my next BP run with some supplements. I'm positive it going to be an awesome run.

EDT 2

Nice job on hitting your reps. I've missed quite a few days of your BP journey, but I'm back now. I bet we both agree that the GLP is much harder than it looks at first glance. The first workout isn't bad, but after that it gets intense, fast!
