preworkout i took pumpbol and focus xt. i wanted the stims today because i was tired but i also had a presentation right after my workout and wanted to be focused

intra i drank 1 scoop atomic 7 and 12g bcaas
pwo i took ebol, 2 scoops ONE and 1 scoop whey ~255 calories
breakfast was 2 scoops allwhey ~260 calories
took lx, ebol and 1 tsp coconut oil before lunch ~30 calories
lunch was a naked burrito with chicken, corn, beans, olives, a little cheese, guacamole and pico de gallo ~800 calories
took lx, ebol and 1 tsp coconut oil before dinner ~30 calories
dinner was a bowl of broccoli and turkey cubes with 2 tbsp parm peppercorn dressing, lightly breaded fish, a stuffed chicken breast without the stuffing, and 1 scoop whey with superfoods ~800 calories

total calories ~2175

nice and sore today. skipped breakfast to sleep in a bit more since i was out late last night. im gonna try and play basketball later this afternoon if i can round up some friends.

took lx, ebol and 1 tsp coconut oil before breakfast ~30 calories
breakfast was 2 scoops allwhey, 1 scoop superfoods and 1 tbsp almond butter ~360 calories
took lx, ebol and 1 tsp coconut oil before lunch ~30 calories
lunch was 3 pieces of fish and a bowl of mixed greens and broccoli with ranch ~420 calories
before bball i took pumpbol
intra i drank 1 scoop atomic 7 and 12g bcaas with 4g citrulline malate
pwo i took 1 scoop ONE, 1 scoop whey and 1 scoop superfoods with ebol and lx ~185 calories
dinner was 2 grilled chicken breasts ~450 calories

total calories ~1475

legs are real sore from basketball yesterday so i dont think ill be doing an insanity workout today. i weighed in a 209 this morning before going to the bathroom, almost a 10lb decrease in 5 weeks.

took lx, ebol and 1 tsp coconut oil before breakfast ~30 calories
breakfast was an egg and cheese biscuit and a mini egg and cheese omelet with 2 scoops whey ~770 calories
took lx, ebol and 1 tsp coconut oil before dinner ~30 calories
dinner was a baked chicken breast, a baked chicken parm breast and a couple bites of mac n cheese ~500 calories
will take lx, ebol and 1 tsp coconut oil before snack ~30 calories
snack will be 2 scoops allwhey ~260 calories

total calories ~1620 calories

so ive got 1 more week of dieting then im thinking starting next sunday ill bump up to around 2000 calories/day for a couple weeks and then dip again to 80% on off days if i havent finished the workouts by then. ill also be back on EC after this week as well. good?

Great plan. Will up regulate basal metabolic rate during those two weeks and then another savy move with the graduated zig-zags.

awesome, im actually surprised that my hunger hasnt been more troublesome. i havent had this easy a time dieting since i first started losing weight a few years ago.

took lx, ebol and 1 tsp coconut oil before breakfast ~30 calories
breakfast was 4 eggs, 2 scoops allwhey, 1/2 scoop trutein ~600 calories
took lx, ebol and 1 tsp coconut oil before lunch ~30 calories
lunch was 2 scoops allwhey and half a serving cocoa roasted almonds ~340 calories
took lx, ebol and 1 tsp peanut butter before dinner ~30 calories
dinner was 2 turkey burgers, 1 scoop whey and 1 scoop superfoods ~515 calories

total calories ~1545

took lx, ebol and 1 tsp peanut butter before dinner ~30 calories
dinner was 2 scoops allwhey and 1.5 tbsp peanut butter ~410 calories

total calories ~1570

good workout today, i was a little tired and my back was stiff. my left forearm was dying on deadlifts quickly for some reason. i did push ups first while i was waiting for an open spot to deadlift and squat.

push ups- 10, 10, 10

deadlift- 135x10, 225x8, 225x8, 225x4+2+2

squat- 95x10, 135x5, 185x8, 185x8, 185x8

lat pulldown- 100x10, 170x8, 170x8, 170x4+2 and 140x2

knee raises- 12, 12, 12

decline sit ups- 10, 8

stopped with sit ups because my lower back was hurting
