OK very good. You are coming within a rep or two of hitting all assigned reps. As you know on GLP 1, sometimes this happens. You've already made an adjustment by dropping the DB presses. Allow me to offer two more:

1.) Take care to ensure complete recovery between sets. If you're resting 3 min between sets now, bump that up to 4 or 5. If resting 5 min, bump that up to 6-7 min. This loading pattern gets intense FAST and you need to ensure CNS recovery between sets.

2.) If you're on a 1on/1off now consider going to a 1on/2off or otherwise inserting an extra rest day into your schedule. You are growing stronger from workout to workout and session to session. As you lift heavier weights for more reps the stresses on your body grows. You absolutely NEED to give your body time needed to super-compensate.
